How To Build Your Immunity to Fear!
What if I told you that just like a common cold, fear is contagious?
Well, it’s true! Thanks to chemicals that we secrete through sweat called pheromones, our emotions could spread fear and anxiety to those around us. There’s good news though, we can build up an immunity to fear! Here’s Gross Science with more.

So why does this matter to us? Pheromones and contagious fear prove that negativity is contagious! Don’t surround yourself with people who bring you down, or let them know to change their attitude! Gross Science gives some great tips for not helping you build up your immunity to fear.
